Thank you for your continued support of Aurora Studio and OMSI 2: Project Numazu.
Regarding the recent disputes during Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong (ACGHK 2026) involving our studio founder, ShikoSama, as well as the ongoing community discussions, our team has carefully reviewed the situation.
To respect and uphold the trust our global players have placed in us, Aurora Studio would like to officially announce the following updates:

🔹 1. Resumption of Long-Term Updates for OMSI 2: Project Numazu
We are deeply grateful to all players worldwide—
including those who previously supported Negi-Kyu Workshop and our team about Numazu!~
Moving forward, we are fully committed to resuming long-term continuous updates.

Regarding the previous promotional expense discussions with our German publisher, after further internal discussion, Aurora Studio respects the publisher’s payment responsibility attribution and future vision.

Leveraging our local municipal and commercial relationships in Numazu,
our studio is actively applying for official licensing rights (trademarks and illustrations) from local transport authorities and major listed ACG corporations.

Regarding concerns surrounding our founder, Mr. Shiko Leung (ShikoSama), he is currently seeking professional support from local clinical psychologists in Hong Kong to process recent events and regain personal balance. We remain committed to ensuring stable team operations so players can continue to enjoy the Numazu pilgrimage experience we have built together over the past 11 years.
