New Course: How Japanese Companies Actually Decide Who to Work With

We’ve launched a short intensive course on Maven focused on a practical question many Asian creators and indie studios face:

How do you get Japanese companies, agencies, and local governments to take your proposals and portfolio seriously?

Most outreach fails not because the work is weak, but because it doesn’t address how Japanese decision-makers actually evaluate risk, credibility, and fit. This course breaks down the structural and cultural details that change how your work is read — based on real experience shipping Project Numazu with Aerosoft, working with Numazu City Hall, hololive, 4Gamer, TGS, and SIGGRAPH Asia.

The goal is simple: help creators move from “passionate about Japan” to “a partner they can confidently evaluate.”
