1. Full Termination of Aerosoft GmbH Agreement & Rights Reclamation
Effective immediately, Aurora Studio has formally terminated its Publishing Agreement with Aerosoft GmbH due to persistent, material breach of contract regarding marketing obligations and failure to honor promotional terms.
100% IP & Revenue Rights Reclaimed: All publishing rights, revenue distribution, and the 40% issuer dividend share previously held by Aerosoft GmbH for OMSI 2 Add-on: Project Numazu have been fully revoked and nullified by Aurora Studio.
Direct Platform & Community Control: Evidence and legal documentation have been submitted to platform operators (including Valve/Steam Legal) to ensure distribution and ongoing revenue streams are directly managed by Aurora Studio, protecting all third-party collaborators and community assets.
2. Immediate Roadmap Relaunch:

1. Aerosoft社との契約解除および40%パブリッシング権の完全回収
Aurora Studioは、ドイツのパブリッシャーであるAerosoft GmbHとのパブリッシング契約を正式に解除いたしましたことをお知らせいたします。同社によるマーケティング義務の不履行および承認済み宣伝費用の未払い等、深刻な契約違反が継続したことを受けた法的措置となります。
権利の一元化（100%自社管理）：
本契約解除に伴い、これまでAerosoft社が保有していた『OMSI 2 Add-On: Project Numazu』における40%のパブリッシング権および収益分配権は完全に撤回・回収され、Aurora Studioへ一本化されました。
プラットフォーム直轄管理：
Valve/Steamをはじめとするプラットフォーム事業者へ法的書類および経緯を提出済みであり、今後は中間業者の介入を排除し、サードパーティのパートナー企業様やコミュニティの権利・資産を直接かつ強固に保護してまいります。
2. ロードマップ再始動：
「内浦沿岸ルート」および「伊豆長岡駅」延伸計画
IP（知的財産権）および開発主導権の完全回収に伴い、兼ねてより多くのファンの皆様からご要望をいただいておりましたコアエリアの1:1デジタルツイン拡張開発を加速・再始動いたします。
